The organisation of the Great Indoors Award is overwhelmed by the enormous amounts of registrations. We were delighted to receive over 277 registrations from all round the world. The diversity, but above all quality of the entries was unexpected and the applicants, both usual and unusual suspects - came from all around the world: Brasil, Spain, India and Cyprus to name a few. Most entries were in, perhaps not so surprisingly, in the category 'Show & Sell' and 'Relax & Consume' and half the applicants entred with more than one project.

The nominating committee will convene later this week to review the applications in all five catagories and select or rather nominate five projects/ firms within each. The results of the nominating will be made public later in September. Those nominated will be invited to attend The Great Indoors on 16,17 and 18 November in Maastricht.
