The organization of The Great Indoors 2009 is proud to announce that the 2009 LECTURE will be given by internationally renowned architectural historian Beatriz Colomina. Colomina is Professor of Architecture and Founding Director of the program Media and Modernity at Princeton University in the United States. Colomina is also the author of several publications on the relationship between architecture, culture and media such as Domesticity at War and Privacy and Publicity: Modern Architecture as Mass Media. For The Great Indoors LECTURE Colomina she will speak about her current research on the special relationship between scan technology for the body and history of glass architecture.
